Ghraybeh

 
Sugar cookies:(ghraybeh)




100 g butter
150 g (fine sugar) powdered confectioner's sugar
180 g flour
5 g baking soda
5 g rose water

Cream well the butter and the sugar, add rose water. sift the flour and the baking soda, add to creamed butter-sugar, mix well( but do not over mix), shape into rings, place on baking sheet and bake at about 325 degrees F, for about 15 minutes, be careful not to let it brown too much, these should stay white colored.
