Ingredients:

chicken breasts, or thighs
Flour
Beaten
eggs
Breadcrumbs

ml lemon juice

Directions:
Dredge the boneless chicken in the seasoned flour, then in the eggs, and end
with the breadcrumbs, (use one hand for eggs handling and the other for flour
and breadcrumbs handling, this will ensure you won't get your hands too dirty
and flour is not sticking on them), melt butter in a sauté pan add the oil
and sauté the chicken, until golden, turn once, cover the pan and put in a
preheated oven for 30 minutes until well done. In the mean time peel the bananas
, pour the lemon juice over them, and dredge them in flour. fry them in butter
until golden , also fry the bacon until golden and crispy, serve them along with
the chicken,
The original recipe calls for flat maize cakes (galettes) to be served
alongside.
