Ingredients:
- 60 g butter
- 60 g green pepper, small dice
- 60 g mushrooms
- 20 g onions, small dice
- 500 ml chicken stock
- 60 g flour
- 100 g cream
- 600 g chicken breasts (skinned and
boned)
- 40 g butter
- 50 g oil for frying
- 50 ml red wine
Directions:
sauté the onions
green peppers and mushrooms in butter, add the flour, and stir well,
until the flour is absorbed, stir in the chicken stock, whipping constantly to
thicken the sauce, let it over the heat for about 15 minutes, at this stage
add the hot cream and turn the heat off.
sauté the chicken breasts in butter and oil,
until they are well browned and almost done . Add them to the made sauce
. bring to a simmer, add the wine.
Adjust the seasonings and serve with any
starchy item ( rice or noodles...)
