Chiche Taouk 

 

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast (filets)
for marinating:
150 ml oil
40 g crushed garlic
100 ml lemon juice

Directions:

First to prepare the marinade , reduce the garlic into a paste adding a little at a time oil and lemon between intervals ( using a mixer or blender), keep on mixing until you get a heavy white paste.

Note that this same paste (or sauce ) is used as a dressing for the shish taook.

Cut the breasts filet into 2 to 3 cm cubes, then marinate them for at least 3 hours with the sauce we prepared above.

Arrange the cut pieces (cubes) in wood skewers, and grill for 15 minutes on charcoal flame

Serve with garlic spread

 

serves: as much as you prepare (200g portion)
