Bombay Salad

  • 200 g red cabbage
  • 400 g  white cabbage
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 10 g black pepper
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp  mustard
  • salt
  • 50 g Bombay mix

serves 4

Shred both the cabbage finely and put into a salad bowl, meanwhile prepare the dressing , mixing the mustard with salt and pepper, then blending in the oil slowly. Marinate the onions in the dressing for a while ( one hour ).

Just before serving add the onions with the dressing to the cabbage, and toss. sprinkle with the Bombay mix.

The Bombay mix contains roasted crunchy things such as peanuts, split peas, spiced lentils....
