Afelia ( Cypriot Dish )

 
  • 700 g boneless pork ( optional cut: shoulder, tenderloin....)

  • 30 g oil

  • 200 g White wine

  • 400 g Potato, cut into small cubes

  • 30 g ground dry coriander

  • salt

serves 4

Cut pork into small cubes, heat oil and fry the pork over medium heat, until pork is brown ( 20 minutes). Add wine, coriander salt and pepper, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes more  , Add potatoes, and keep simmering until pork and potatoes are done, serve with rice or noodles or  with Bulgur pilaf
